COD / DOD orders will be dispatched
only after 2 days due to verification & courier arrangement to
pick up. Delivery time for COD / DOD orders can be extended further 2
more days due to extra processing time taken by courier. Tracking
number for all orders will be updated on the site (my account>
Order history) and by email, only after 24 hours of dispatch of the
item. Even if we provide the tracking status prior, the courier
company may take atleast 12 hours to update details in their website
tracking. So kindly be patient until it get updated.
International shipments are processed in 3 – 7 working days and delivery time will take 10 to 25 days depends on location.
We try our most to fulfill orders as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. A.J. Exports is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the Courier Company or postal authorities within 1 to 10 working days from the date of order and payment
Tax Declaration Form
For certain states, sales tax declaration forms need to be submitted by the buyer (consignee) to the courier company to deliver materials properly without any delay.
Uttar Pradesh – Form 38, Uttaranchal – Form 16, Uttarakhand – Form 38, West Bengal – Form 50, Bihar – Way Bill, Madhya Pradesh – Form 50, North eastern stated – Road permit, Karnataka – e-sugam form.
These forms need to issued by the buyer (consignee). If buyer refused to submit the above required forms within the prescribed time, the item will be returned back to us, by the courier company and it is considered as refused delivery orders. Please refer courier website for more details.
We will provide Tax Invoice in all shipments; most of the time there won’t be any problem in delivery without above forms. But in some cases the item without this form will not be allowed to enter the state by the tax authorities. At that time courier company will intimate us for issuing the required form. If buyer do not issue the form, then they will return the parcel back to us.

Pricing & other charges:
Our Price / Sale Price as shown near the products are actual selling price which is inclusive of VAT and shipping charges by economy mode. But excluding Octroi or Entry tax including collection service charges, if any need to be paid / borne by the buyer, wherever is applicable.
Octroi will be charged in few parts of Maharastra and Andaman or Entry Tax may charged in few parts of J&K, which will be collected based on the Invoice value by the courier delivery agent during delivery. Octroi is not in our liability and buyer need to pay for the actual octroi charges to the collection / delivery agent. A.J. Exports will not include the octroi cost in its prices nor will refund any charges incurred during delivery.
Shipping charges are extra as mentioned in the shipping & payments tap in every product page. We offer free shipping (no extra charges for shipping) on some selected shipping modes or some selected products or for some specific period, which will be updated in the site at any time.
Price mentioned are fixed and non-negotiable. You may get discounts by using discount coupons/vouchers provided by us or by authorized third parties and promotional offers provided by us in specific time period or for some specific products for repeated purchases and during seasonal period. Provision of discount voucher or free gifts are under sole decision of A.J. Exports.
FREE OFFERS / COMBO GIFTS: We may offer some promotional articles or gifts under certain conditions during certain times, which may be applicable for a limited stock quantity. These gifts may or may not be shipped together with actual order or by separate packing depends on the availability. Machpower will not assure or guarantee the free products offered by the manufacturer or by the 3rd party suppliers.
All disputes are subject to Kolkata Jurisdiction, only.
